The Virtual Balance is used for Premium Features like Wallet Screening and KYT (Know Your Transaction) Monitoring, and others. One portfolio always has one virtual balance. When a portfolio is added to the account, the portfolio's virtual balance is transferred to the account's virtual balance. If you have an account with more than one portfolio, the account's virtual balance applies to all portfolios under it, and the portfolios themselves do not have separate balances within the account.
