The Virtual Balance is used for Premium Features like Wallet Screening and KYT (Know Your Transaction) Monitoring, and others.

Each always has one virtual balance. When a portfolio is added to the account, its virtual balance is transferred to the account’s virtual balance. If you have an account with multiple portfolios, the account’s virtual balance applies to all of them, and the portfolios themselves do not have separate balances within the account.

To top up your Virtual Balance, go to your portfolio settings. Tap Top up.

Select the asset and wallet you want to send the funds from. Enter the amount to top up your Virtual Balance with and tap Continue. Confirm sending the transaction.

Please note that the wallet will go through the AML check before proceeding. If the AML check fails, the wallet will not be topped up. Once the transaction is completed, you will see the funds on your Virtual Balance.

If you have multiple Bitviser portfolios without an account, you can top up the Virtual Balance of one portfolio using another, or transfer the funds between them. Go to your portfolio settings and tap Receive. Copy your unique static portfolio code or scan QR from another device with Bitviser.

To transfer the funds, go to your portfolio settings and tap Transfer.

Enter the amount and unique static portfolio code (or scan the QR code). Confirm the transaction.

Please note that transfers can be made between any portfolios and accounts within Bitviser.
